Hello, I shipped an item with a maxi letter (2.90). According to eBay, seller protection applies here if the item doesn’t arrive. Only the arrival of the letter at a post station in Bonn was recorded, from where it was supposed to be forwarded. eBay has now decided that the purchase price will be refunded to the buyer. Shouldn’t the amount also be refunded to the seller here if eBay designates this shipping method as seller protection?
