Shipping by registered mail
Hello,
I sent stamps by registered mail with signature. Since the buyer apparently wasn't home, the letter couldn't be delivered. He ignored the notice that the letter was waiting for pickup at the post office.
Since he didn't pick up the registered letter, it was sent back. What about my postage costs? Will they be refunded?
