Shipping with Hermes
Hello,
I sold an item and want to ship with Hermes.
Unfortunately, only shipping with DHL is being offered to me.

OP1 week agoProblem solved. The address is a Packstation, so shipping is only possible with DHL.
Some info about this on eBay's pages would of course have been helpful, unfortunately the support there is very poor

you hadn’t mentioned the parcel locker at all so far. We would have answered that completely differently right away.
And eBay, for all the will in the world, can’t list every restriction of every shipping provider when creating labels. Then it would be so "covered over" with information that no one would be able to read it anymore.
You should get such information beforehand from the homepage of the service provider you want.

you can also create the shipping label directly with the shipping provider,
you enter the tracking number manually for the sold item.

Then try switching the shipping provider when choosing the labels.
