As the title already says, I sent something with DHL's 4.19 option, i.e. without tracking. On eBay it now says that I will receive the money once the item has been delivered, but there's no way to know that without tracking. I informed the buyer and asked whether they could confirm it manually, but there has been no response for 3 days now (100% positive ratings).

Hey @ibrahim_oe there is no confirmation button for the buyer; you just wait longer for your money because you didn't send it with tracking and proof of delivery.
