Shipping not yet completed even though the item has arrived at the buyer's
I shipped an item and accidentally printed 2 labels (I’m not sure how that could have happened).
Communication with the buyer was very pleasant and meanwhile the item has arrived.
But now the status is still showing as "Shipped".
What can be done about that?
I can’t find any way to close it from my side (seller).
