Shipping refund
I sold an item to the USA; since shipping through eBay didn’t work, I had to handle the item externally via UPS. The tracking number was entered by UPS, but how do I get the shipping costs that were already deducted back now? At the moment, I’ve paid double for the shipping through eBay and externally via UPS.
I would be grateful for any help

Mentor3 weeks agoFirst of all, no labels for outside the EU can be created on eBay.
What costs have already been deducted from you if you created and paid for the label elsewhere and this isn’t possible on eBay at all?
