I hope someone can help me out.
A few days ago I sold an item. According to DHL, the package was successfully delivered 4 days ago already. However, the shipping status on eBay is still shown as “not delivered.” As a result, my payout is still being held back. (The item number is 406934449810)
I know that a lot of people have already had problems with this, although only for 1-2 days. What can I do so that the status gets checked again by an employee and updated? If there is a solution for this, I would be very happy to hear your experiences and tips.
