Shipping and handover
I marked an item as shipped and then I случайно saw that the buyer lives in the place I drove to. I handed the item over to the buyer in person. He also wrote that in the review. How do I get my money

You stated shipping in the offer, so the buyer paid for that too. Or not? If the buyer paid on Ebay, you’ll now have to wait up to 30 days for your available balance.
A confirmation from the buyer or a positive rating is not enough on Ebay.

Mentor1 month ago@moorteufel31181 in the listing, only shipping was specified at all; there isn't any in-person handover like that, that's called pickup and has to be entered by the seller as an option so the buyer can select it too.

Mentor1 month agoYou unfortunately handled this completely wrong and deviated from your own information.
If shipping is specified, eBay expects a tracking and delivery confirmation. If pickup is specified, eBay expects the pickup code as proof of handover.
If you don't have any of that, it can take up to 30 days for the payout to be released.
