Change shipping quantity from 1 to 2 packages after purchase
Hi, is it possible to change the shipping unit as the seller after a customer has made a purchase?
I need 2 labels for shipping because the goods are being sent in 2 packages instead of 1

You can buy a second label from the shipping provider and then add the tracking number in the purchase details.
