Shipping provider cannot be changed
Hi folks, yesterday morning I sold 2 items and sent them as a large letter for €1.80 with the corresponding printed shipping label
shipped. In the afternoon another sale came in and this time only DHL products are shown to me when shipping,
postage received from the buyer €1.80, I’m supposed to send it as a parcel for €4.19.
What could be causing that?

Please check in the eBay shipping solution at the top right whether you can switch to the expanded view; it seems you were blessed with the quick view.

Large letter €1.80 - there are only a few sheets in it.

What device are you using on Ebay?
If you're using the browser, which one?
Have you tried deleting the browser history and cookies?
It works without any problems for me with Chrome.

then click on all service providers, then the large letter should also appear. However, letter mail from Deutsche Post is only for documents, not for goods.

within Germany, you can also send goods via letter; internationally, that only applies to documents

OPSep 15, 2026 at 10:24 PMEverything's clear on my end again now. Many thanks for the support.
The problem was: the buyer entered a post office branch as the delivery address
(probably right around the corner from him) - so printing
a shipping label as a large letter wasn't possible - unfortunately I didn't notice this right away. So thanks again ...
