Shipping label
Summary: simqu-2818 had an issue with an eBay shipping label that showed the package as scanned even though it hadn't been dispatched. perfect-sally suggested that the package might be redirected by the buyer, advising waiting to see if it gets accepted. Later, simqu-2818 confirmed they could successfully send the package. voli-maus suggested buying labels directly from the courier in the future, which perfect-sally noted should be done with caution regarding tracking numbers.
Good evening dear community,
and once again I need help with a shipping label---unfortunately.
I sold an item a little while ago. Bought the shipping label via ebay. and even though the package is still here on the table, ebay is showing me that the shipping provider has already scanned the package.
Now the label or rather the code is no longer usable. But in fact I haven’t used it yet.
I’ve had this before and had to buy a new <Label. Thanks to the kind help here, I then got the amount credited back by ebay.
Could someone help me with that again?

Mentor2 weeks agoI myself don't buy the shipping labels through eBay.
I buy them directly from the shipping provider, @simqu-2818 .
Maybe that's an option for the future ?

Mentor2 weeks agoThat would only be an option if you only enter the tracking number AFTER the actual shipment has been sent, and not right after creating it.

Mentor2 weeks agoThis happens when the buyer has specified a drop-off location or has redirected the package to a branch, parcel station, or somewhere else.
Since you don't know yet whether the package will be accepted or not, you should wait and see first.

Mentor1 week agoAll good, this kind of thing has been “floating around” here for a while, and hardly any users know that. We didn’t either at first when it suddenly popped up.
