Dear community,As the seller, I created a label. Unfortunately, this was not enough postage for the weight of the package (5 kg).I therefore created a second label and shipped the order. However, I can't cancel the first label. It would be more than annoying if I now get charged shipping fees twice. I'm at a loss now and ask for support. Who can give me some advice or help?Many thanks!
