Hello,
I would like to change the Hermes parcel option when buying a shipping label from "Delivery to front door" to "Delivery to
ParcelShop/Hermes Box".
But this option is not listed.
Can this be changed, and if so, how do I do that?
Maybe someone can help me, I’d really appreciate it.

Mentor3 weeks agoThis Hermes Shop2Shop option has not been offered by ebay for a long time anymore!
And you’re only allowed to ship to the delivery address given on ebay, otherwise you lose your seller protection.
If the buyer later wants delivery to a Hermes shop near them, they have to reroute it themselves, but then they also lose their buyer protection because the shipment tracking was interfered with.

Mentor3 weeks agoThen I would create the label via the Hermes website and enter the tracking number for the item, specifying the correct parcel service.
