Shipping label cannot be canceled
The DHL shipping label was not accepted by the reader in the DHL shop. I created a new shipping label from Hermes and successfully sent it that way. The old DHL shipping label cannot be canceled. The following message appears:
"This shipping label cannot be canceled because it has already been used."
What can I do?

in most cases, the customer has arranged a drop-off location with DHL. Check the shipment status with DHL.
You can also mention the item and order number here, then the lovely @samantha@ebay can take a look at it, thanks Samantha. ❤️
