Cancel shipping label

Hello,
I incorrectly franked an item. The first shipping label was 2 kg for €6.19, but the package is heavier, so I had to create a new shipping label (€7.69 for 5 kg).
But I can no longer cancel the old label because no button is available. (I was still able to cancel the new label an hour after creating it, but now I can’t anymore.) The package has not been shipped yet, so the code has not been scanned yet.
Can I only cancel the old one once the new shipping label has been scanned?
Or am I stuck with the costs?

Yes, indeed the customer has provided a drop-off location.
I’ve now also gotten as far as my eBay shipping labels, that I wanted to cancel the label here, but I get the response that this is not possible because the label has been used. But it hasn’t been used, neither scanned nor shipped.
Now I’m waiting for a response from eBay customer service

The label should be able to be canceled at any time.
Have you looked under shipping labels in your eBay account? If you still can’t get anywhere here, please let us know again. Then an eBay employee will take a look.
