Shipping label deducted from the credit balance, but no label received | Members help members

Good day,yesterday I wanted to buy a shipping label from Deutsche Post/DHL for a large letter for a sold item. Yesterday there were general problems with creating/buying a shipping label. The purchase kept getting canceled. On the last attempt, the purchase was canceled again, but then the postage was still deducted from my balance. However, the purchase is not noted for the shipping labels I bought, which is now contradictory to the debit from my balance. When I open the window for the tracking number on the debit, no data is shown (only under "payment status": it says "unknown"). It is not possible to cancel the shipping label. I cannot find the field "cancel shipping label" anywhere, because unfortunately there is no printable shipping label. I also did not receive an order confirmation from Dt. Post, which was otherwise always the case. I have now bought the shipping label outside of Ebay so that the shipment could be sent on time. Now I have paid once via Ebay and once via the post office for the same item. Yesterday I contacted Ebay by phone. The employees were very friendly and told me that the technical department has been informed. However, I now just wanted to know whether a refund of the shipping costs will be issued here. I have made several screenshots, but I do not want to show them publicly. Is there an email address where I can send the screenshots as proof? Thank you very much for an answer!
