eBay shipping label not usable

Hello everyone, last Sunday I bought the shipping label for a sold item via eBay and had it created as a QR code. Right after that, the app showed a message on the item saying that the item had been shipped, even though I hadn’t even taken the package to the post office yet. Yesterday I dropped the package off at DHL and showed the code. The friendly employee then told me that this label had already been used. I then had to buy a new label and would like the €18.99 back for the unusable label. Does anyone have a tip for me, or did I overlook something?

I do still have one question. The purchase amount is only paid out after delivery. But the shipment tracking still references the unused ticket. In that case, the status "Delivered" will never appear. How can I actually store the ticket that was used here as the reference for the shipment status? Or is there another way to trigger the payout?

Hello @moebi63 - in the meantime, we have refunded the cost of the shipping label and ask you to enter the new tracking number via Edit tracking via + Additional tracking number . Then the payment approval should work too. If not, please get back to us here and we’ll help you! 😊
