Shipping label
Hello! I tried to print a shipping label and I just get redirected to the "Refunds - Overview" page; whether with Edge or Firefox and even with Chrome on my phone, nothing happens. What could be causing this?

Many thanks for your post.
In this case, it is as @perfect-sally wrote. Your seller refunded the purchase amount, which is why the return was closed and you can no longer access the return label.
I’ll send you a copy of the QR code by email. Please check your private email inbox then; the attachment will be there.

Mentor3 weeks agoWhat exactly is it about? A label for shipping one item or a label for a buyer to return it?
However, I don't see any active items or any sold items on your end.
Please mention the relevant item number.

OP3 weeks agoThis is a label for a buyer return. This is the item number: 377284263492 and as an additional note it also says "Return completed"

Mentor3 weeks agoOnce the return is completed, no label can be created through ebay.
Has it been refunded already? Then it’s clear that the label is, so to speak, being blocked.
An ebay employee will take a look and get back to you here.
