Shipping labels - Incorrect for Spain/Portugal

I've had the same recurring problem for several weeks/months.
To start with: I sell Low End Trading Cards all over Europe.
I like using the shipping label function on eBay because it has several advantages and is "usually" straightforward.
However, there is one problem that really annoys me, especially with customers from Spain and Portugal.
When I have a buyer from e.g. Spain and want to print a shipping label, I usually keep running into the same two problems, so I have to cancel the label again.
The formatting is wrong:
1. Right at the top, the address is suddenly shown instead of the name.
2. With longer street names or personal names, half of it is missing.
I then usually have to take the detour via the DHL site and buy the label there again, then write the address myself on the envelope.
I'd estimate that 85-90%! is faulty and it's always a gamble whether it'll work this time.
Is there a solution for this or am I doing something wrong?!

If you ship internationally, different forms will be shown to you. Please fill these out with the required information. This is not always filled in automatically here.

What exactly do you mean by other forms? Where can I see them, or where can I change them?
Sometimes eBay tells me that, for example, the address is too long; I then change it or put the house number in address line 1, but the formatting is still too short or incomplete.
