Buying shipping labels doesn't work
Hello, I've been desperately trying to create shipping labels for hours and it just isn't working. I've already switched phones, cleared the cache, and updated the browser. Does anyone maybe have an idea what else I can do or what might be causing this? Many thanks and best regards

Mentor2 weeks agoWhy don't you sit down at a laptop or PC? The app has its issues and new ones almost every day.
And if it doesn't work out via eBay, there are still the shipping carriers' websites.

OP2 weeks agoThanks for the answer, but not everyone has a laptop or a PC and yes, I could also do that through the shipping providers, but that is much more complicated. And there must be a reason why it doesn't work. It can't be that you have an app that keeps not working and then just leave it at that.

Mentor2 weeks agoI don't know anything about the app at all, I don't use stuff like that for eBay. But Fridays are always craft day at eBay too, but that should be finished by this time.
Maybe an eBay employee has some advice for you, she'll get back to you here.
