Shipping costs
Change shipping costs.
Where can I delete the preprogrammed shipping costs then? After all, I specified the Hermes costs.

Mentor6 days agoI suspect that you have business policies active. And I also suspect that these may not be so easy to delete as with many others as well.
But it's worth a try.
If deleting doesn't work, you probably won't have any other choice but to create a new business policy.

OP6 days agoI wanted to sell something again after 2 years, but this is only getting more complicated and less user-friendly. Thanks, I'll give it a try.

Mentor6 days agoThen you should also be able to enter your own shipping costs.
Maybe better if an eBay employee takes a look at it. She'll get back to you here.
@verena@ebay could you please take a look at what's going wrong there? Thanks

OP6 days agoI found something, but I have to change the costs every time. And abroad is only one possible option. Total nonsense, because the costs differ depending on the state. Sad, just plain sad. It used to be easier and more effective. Amen

Mentor6 days ago · EditedIf I may give you one well-intentioned piece of advice that we give all private sellers:
don't ship abroad if you don't want to risk losing money and goods.
If a buyer, for example, is registered on ebay.com, these rules apply and 99% of the time the decision is made in the buyer's favor anyway.
Moreover, fees are also charged for sales abroad.
