Shipping costs
Hi there..I have a question about the shipping costs..I downloaded a shipping label beforehand (unused); but the sale is no longer taking place...will I get that automatically refunded? The buyer already got his full amount back..or do I have to submit a request for that..if yes; where? Thanks in advance...best regards

Hello @taarhe-72 and thanks for reporting this! Since it is currently not possible, due to a known issue that is already being worked on, to cancel eBay shipping labels for which a drop-off location has already been stored, I have requested the cancellation for you. You will receive the refund shortly.

Mentor1 week agoDefinitely not refunded automatically! However, shipping labels can also be canceled where they were created.

In your eBay account, you’ll find the option Shipping labels. on the left under Sell.
There you can cancel the unused label.
