Shipping costs are preset and cannot be changed
Hi, during my last sale I couldn’t change the preset parcel size with Hermes when creating the label.
The postage specified in the auction was correct, the postage set by eBay was one class higher and couldn’t be changed. Even after selecting the shipper, all the other postage classes remained "greyed out", so not selectable.
I’ll probably stop using eBay shipping. This isn’t the first time there have been problems.
