Hello, I sold an item and wanted to create and print the shipping label via eBay. Normally the cost for this is deducted from the sale proceeds and that’s it. But now I’m also getting an SMS from my credit card company saying that eBay has requested the shipping cost of €5.79. In other words, the shipping cost is being paid once by me (credit card) and once by the seller (sale proceeds). That can’t be right. Is this a bug? Requested doesn’t automatically mean charged, right? In my last sales in February everything was deducted from my sale proceeds.
