Summary: cosmicchaos reported problems buying a shipping label for a large letter because the options were missing from the selection menu. today, on September 03, 2026, I tried to buy a shipping label/shipping label for a large letter (Deutsche Post, €1.80), but in the selection menu the options for buying Maxi and large-letter labels weren’t available; only the labels for goods shipments and small parcels or parcels (Deutsche Post / DHL) were shown in the selection menu. On September 01, 2026, I was still able to purchase a shipping label for a large letter (Deutsche Post / DHL, €1.80).
Now I’d like to know why there are currently no shipping labels for large letters & maxi letters from Deutsche Post AG!?
In the selection menu, only products from Deutsche Post/DHL were shown as well; there was nothing listed or to be found from Hermes & Co.!
Am I doing something wrong, or is Deutsche Post making changes again regarding postage costs (planned postage increase starting January 2027)? Is it related to the planned postage increase starting January 2027? And which Deutsche Post/DHL products will be affected by the postage increase starting January 2027?
For tips and info about my problem, I’d be very grateful in advance.

I’ll go ahead and clear the cache and delete the cookies right away. It could very well be related to that, thanks a lot for the tip!

I cleared the cache and deleted the cookies saved on my browser (Opera), and lo and behold, it worked — the page for buying shipping labels is displayed as usual again!
