Good morning,
is there a workaround somewhere for the different shipping options?
I normally offer Hermes shipping, but for especially inexpensive and small items I’d like to also offer Maxibrief. Yesterday I clicked through everything I could find on the topic, but it just doesn’t work properly. The help does point to the right button for the options, but when I’m then in the corresponding menu, the settings can’t be changed accordingly.
As I said, I want to set up a standard shipping method and then, depending on the item being sold, also offer Maxibrief additionally on an individual basis.
I’d be grateful for any tip or link.

as long as you haven’t activated any framework conditions, you should be able to enter the shipping costs/methods individually for each offer
if that doesn’t work, you probably have the framework conditions active - then maybe deactivate them; otherwise, as far as I know, you have to create additional shipping rules for individual offers (?) ... or take a look here:

OP2 weeks ago · EditedThanks, then I'll have to work my way through it once more after all. Individually, there פשוט doesn't seem to be any way to add a 2nd shipping option. It will probably take a while until I figure my way through that.

if you work with conditions, your problem is relatively easy to solve:
Create a shipping condition and select 2 shipping services:
Important: The additional costs mentioned here for each identical item only apply to items from the same listing
If you also want to offer combined shipping, you have to define this in a rule under shipping settings and then assign it to your shipping condition.

OP2 weeks ago · EditedMany thanks. I need to have another look at that, I already suspected that this only works with a business account. I was able to set several options in the meantime, but somehow that then doesn’t show up in the display.
But I’m not giving up ^^
