Shipping issues
I’m the seller. I sent my parcel with dhl. The parcel did arrive because I received a positive review. But with the parcel service it’s been showing -- in progress -- for a long time, not as delivered. A parcel tracking would take 5 weeks. So how do I still get my money now? It only gets released after delivery. Regards Pepo21

OP2 weeks agothe item number is, for example, 257727222514. Or is the order number a different one? I have the same problem with several items too. I already contacted the shipping provider. They say I have to start a parcel tracking request. But that can take up to 5 weeks. I think the parcels all arrived because nobody has complained about where it is. Then I would have to start 4 parcel tracking requests with DHL so that they are eventually marked as delivered. But what if the effort is too much for them and they refund me the money. Then something still doesn’t add up. Does eBay keep the buyer’s money then? I can’t keep it twice either

Mentor2 weeks agoHey there @pepo21 just one rating is still no reason for faster payout, after all it’s also about buyer protection (up to 30 days), etc.
Also, it can happen that a buyer actually wanted to rate a completely different seller.
Give the order number then @nina@ebay can take a look at it
