Shipping status on eBay is not updated

what am I doing wrong if I enter a DPD tracking number but it never gets updated. The package was delivered over a week ago, but it is still only marked as shipped? And this with all my sales... e.g. 307161968096

I took a look at the stored tracking numbers. They are unusual tracking numbers for your shipping provider? Could you please check that again? Or is it a special shipping method?
Please check your oldest shipment to see whether you can obtain proof of delivery for it.

thanks a lot for taking a look. I ship as usual through my DPD account as a standard parcel. I can download the delivery receipt. But in DPD's standard parcel tracking, the numbers work perfectly. Here, for example, is B2C0177681009930320260904.

I think I found the error. I showed the shipment number to AI and it says:
The problem is that you didn't enter a standard tracking code here, but rather a combined MPS identifier (Multi-Parcel-Shipment) from the DPD system or the barcode.
I have to delete three digits at the front and 8 at the end. I've adjusted that and am waiting to see whether it gets updated on eBay.

unfortunately I have to bring this up again.
The shipping status still isn’t being updated. That’s not exactly ideal for buyers either if they can’t see where their package is right now.
Can someone from Ebay take a look? Unfortunately, I’m not getting anywhere with the Ebay help :(

Thanks for the super quick replies :)
I ship with DPD and also enter their tracking number. When selecting the shipping provider, I choose DPD Germany.
If I then press the tracking number on the shipped item, a popup with track shipment appears. Here all the points are grey as if I had never shipped anything.
If I click on the tracking number in this popup, it opens the DPD tracking page. In there everything is correct, e.g. delivered.

did you also explicitly specify the shipping carrier DPD alongside the tracking number? It seems to me, based on other reports, that the number ranges for DPD and Hermes are very similar and Ebay then doesn’t assign them correctly.

And you should really take care of the legally required business information. As things stand now, you’re at serious risk of getting a cease-and-desist!
