Shipping status on eBay is not being updated. What should I do?
My item 198506408616 worth 3000 EUR was already delivered to the buyer since 29.07.2026 according to DHL tracking, with DHL Express. However, the shipping status on eBay is not being updated. I’ve already called 3 times. every time I’m told " Will be taken care of immediately " ...... Nothing is happening. What should I do ?

Thanks a lot for your post. The shipment status has now been updated manually and should be visible in the system within 30 minutes.
