Shipping status completely off
Summary: megornos ordered two items from different sellers and reports that the shipping information was swapped on eBay. The item that, according to eBay, should already have arrived is still on its way, while the other one has already been delivered. bootyooty and vera@ebay offer help and ask for the order numbers so that especially vera@ebay, who works at eBay, can take care of it. megornos has provided the order numbers.
I ordered two items from two different sellers on August 6, one was shipped via Deutsche Post, the other through amazon.
By email and in the purchase overview, I’m told that the item shipped via Deutsche Post was delivered today, but the other item shipped via amazon will only be delivered on August 11.
The problem is, though, it’s exactly the other way around: the item shipped via amazon was delivered today, and the item shipped via Deutsche Post will only be delivered on August 11.
How can it be that ebay has completely swapped the shipping data for both items here?
