Accidentally negative rating from the buyer

The buyer says he contacted ebay immediately. But he still hasn't received a response to this day. The purchase was in May!!!!What can I still do as the seller now?

@claudi0607blau weird… but the negative comment matches the red dot, what exactly was supposedly a mistake about that? 🤔 Did he want to rate a completely different seller or what?

Nothing beats beay anymore, @claudi0607blau . So in half a year you'll be back at 100 positive, as long as no negative ones are added.

you should have requested a review of the rating. If I remember correctly, the buyer has the option of agreeing to the request and could have changed the rating. There are deadlines for that, which of course expired long ago by now.
