Hello,I shipped a package with a shipping label from ebay via DHL (private sale). The package came back: it was supposedly insufficiently stamped because of oversized dimensions. The following information is shown on ebay:120x60x60 cm ANDmaximum dimensions 300 cm (length +2 times width+2 times height)The package had a total dimension (girth) of 260 cm.Since DHL's additional charges would have been extremely high, the package was then shipped via another provider.However, the DHL fees are gone. The consumer advice center says I should direct my inquiry to ebay, not DHL.Is there a possibility that ebay will refund me these €18.99 - since the information about the dimensions on the ebay page is confusing and simply wrong?Thank you very much for any feedback.Kind regardsAquintus 1970
