Video problem
Why is my confirmed uploaded sales video of less than 1 min. not being shown? Does anyone know the answer? Thanks!

·3 weeks agoHello @guensdorfer ,
many thanks for your message. Please upload the video again and wait to see if you get a notification. I also can’t see any video in your article itself. The video should also be inserted first, before the other images.
Requirements for the video format
The maximum supported video size is 150 MB.
The maximum resolution for upload is 1080 p.
Supported output resolutions are 240 p, 360 p, 480 p and 720 p.
MP4 file types: MPEG-4 Part 10 or Advanced Video Coding (MPEG-4 AVC).
Providing links to YouTube or other video platforms is not supported.
Please go through it once more and upload the video.

·1 month agoHello @guensdorfer ,
thank you very much for your post.
If a video is uploaded in an ad, the ad initially goes live without the video because videos are reviewed in advance. This review usually takes up to 48 hours. For this reason, I ask for a little patience.
@perfect-sally thanks a lot for tagging it 😊
Best regards

Mentor3 weeks agoI guess that means it doesn't meet the requirements/rules, but then you should at least receive a notification.
@mia@ebay could you please take another look? Thanks

OP3 weeks agoI didn't get anything. The successful upload of the video (under 1 min.) was confirmed to me with a green checkmark, and the note was added that the video is generally shown in 2nd place.
What am I supposed to make of that?
Best regards, Thomas

Mentor1 month agoWhen was it uploaded? As far as I know, it can take quite a while because it seems to be checked in advance. The format is correct so far?

OP1 month agoFormat is correct, time is correct, got confirmation of the uploaded video when saving, but it is not displayed after the ad is published
