Complete article description
Hello everyone, maybe someone can give me a tip. For some time now, when I click on the full item description, it does open, but it only shows me an empty page. Is there something I can change in the settings somewhere so I can see it again?

OP2 weeks agoI only have the problem on my phone, which is where I do most of it. I can see pretty much everything on my laptop.
On my phone, I don't get anything shown there no matter which article I look at.

I get the complete item description displayed in Chrome for my items, whether logged in or logged out.

OP2 weeks agoI only have the problem on my phone, which I do most things on. On my laptop I can see pretty much everything.
On my phone, it happens no matter what article I'm looking at. Nothing is shown to me there.

even though I only use the smartphone for looking things up when I'm not at the computer, I just checked.
On my Android, I get the complete article description displayed when I open it.

OP2 weeks agoHmm, I also have Android. Until a few weeks ago, viewing the full article description still worked too.
Then it will most likely have to be a setting on the phone that is probably blocking something there. 🤷♂️
Then I may have to try reinstalling the app or see whether I can find something I may have accidentally changed or something like that.

Mentor2 weeks agoSorry, I don't know my way around with a phone and eBay. I don't use something like that for eBay.
Maybe someone else who knows about that will still chime in.
