Prepaid label
Hello. I sold an item. The buyer has paid and created a prepaid label. But why does it now say DHL Return at the top? The item has to be sent to an address for authenticity verification.

·2 weeks ago@heiroh99 Hey. 🙂 You received the prepaid label from us, not from your buyer. After the authenticity check has been successfully completed, the item will then be forwarded to your buyer.

OP2 weeks agoMany thanks for the feedback. I was unsure because the shipping label says DHL return at the top, in my last sale via authenticity check it didn’t say return, which is why I asked just to be safe to make sure everything was above board here. Since I’m not sending a return, but sending the item as the first sender. But it has now helped me. Many thanks for the help. Best, Heike

Mentor2 weeks agoA buyer doesn’t create labels! If the item has to go for authenticity verification, it will be sent there.
Please name the item number and an eBay staff member can take a look at it.
