When will my credit finally arrive?

Question

I got a tracking number from eBay, but since the package was heavier I had to pay extra, and the tracking number changed

according to DHL the package was delivered on 17.9.2026, but since the old tracking number is listed on eBay, the status still says not delivered; the buyer has already replied to me on eBay, though, that they are very happy with the item

but my balance is still not available

Moin, Moin @je_527748 you can enter a new/correct tracking number in the *Purchase details under Edit tracking number.

Did you enter the new tracking number for the item? Without proof of delivery, it can take up to 30 days before payment is made.
