Goods damaged
The seller is refusing the return, even though the product arrived damaged. The shipping box shows no external damage. Was that now because the buyer is supposedly liable?

Mentor1 month agoDoesn't matter what the seller claims. If you receive an item that isn't as described or is defective, you open the return for those reasons.

OP1 month agoYou’re right, thanks for the answers, nevertheless such a claim is already pretty defamatory. I’m now waiting to see how it goes on. Thanks again and have a nice weekend

Mentor1 month agoYou open a return because the item doesn’t match the description or is defective. This return cannot be rejected, and the seller must also pay for return shipping.
