Hello, I ordered and paid for an item as a guest on 26/06/2026. I didn't have my password handy. On 27/06 I received confirmation from Ebay that the seller had reported the item as shipped. The package was supposed to be delivered between 30/06 and 02/07! But nothing happened at all. After about 5 days I contacted the seller, who then wrote to me days later that the delivery service was having difficulties. He wrote that to me at least 3 times! I contacted Ebay, but of course I couldn't find anything in my orders. I honestly don't know what else I can do now to get my money back! Of course I cancelled the item, but unfortunately I haven't heard anything more from the seller! Can anyone help me with this?

Since this is a guest order, it can only be handled via phone support. This is for data protection and verification reasons.
Unfortunately, we can't process it here, so please contact the colleagues on the phone again.
