Hello dear Ebay users! On 15/07, an Ebay member won 9 garden chairs from me (for pickup only). So far, no payment has been made, and despite multiple messages, the buyer is not responding. I’d like to relist the chairs again. Is that possible without any problems? What do I need to watch out for? I’d also like to know whether I can leave this careless non-payer / non-responder negative feedback without risking that they will leave me negative feedback in return. Mentor1 week ago@64yps cancel the purchase contract for non-payment through the eBay system by sending a message to the buyer,
open an unpaid item case through eBay,
put the buyer on the block list

You can cancel the sale because the buyer hasn't paid after 4 days:
After that, you can relist the item.
And no, buyers can't receive negative feedback.
