How can I get Ebay to help me.

Only half of the blocks I bought were sent.

The seller isn't responding to several messages!

Open a return because the item is not as described. The seller must pay for the return shipping and refund it.

Even if you actually don’t want to return the items you’ve already received, unfortunately there’s no way around it, since eBay doesn’t provide any other option and the seller can deliver the missing item within a certain period.

eBay will only help you here to a limited extent. If the item is not as you bought it, then open a case for item not as described. The seller should then take it back and refund your money. Then you can buy the item somewhere else.
