Item returned, but not picked up by the seller (parcel shop) — what now?

Hello everyone,what do you do if the goods that I sent back to the retailer were not picked up by this retailer (parcel shop or Hermes branch) and are being sent back to me? What about the refund?

Thanks a lot for your post!

As I can see, the parcel was only delivered to the parcel shop yesterday, and your seller let you know by message that they will pick up the parcel as soon as they have time. So I’d like to ask you for a little patience here.

Please get back in touch once the parcel is actually sent back to you. At the moment, we still don’t see any need for action here.

That’s the seller’s problem if he doesn’t pick it up; as far as I know, it counts as delivered.

Please state the item number, and an eBay employee will get in touch here.
