I have to return goods and already have prepaid DHL parcel labels, and now I’m supposed to buy a shipping label via eBay, Hermes or DHL, which are even more expensive than the ones I already haveThe shipping costs would then be deducted from the refund.You can’t choose anything else.I don’t see why I should accept that - what on earth did eBay come up with there.Thanks
