I sold two concert tickets, which were sent by express at the buyer's request and were verifiably delivered today. The buyer has already confirmed receipt in writing, but would like to complete the purchase process only after the concert on Friday.
Since the payment continues to be withheld, I would ask you to verify the successful delivery and let me know whether my money can be released already now.
Of course, I can provide both tracking numbers.

Mentor2 weeks agoThe buyer pays eBay and without that you don’t have any delivery address at all to which you’re allowed to send something!
And then you need tracking and proof of delivery so that eBay releases your money for payout at some point. If you don’t have that, it can take up to 30 days before your money is released.
On top of that, you have no current seller rating at all and are listed as a new seller. And there’s also the fact that expensive items were sold right away.
And you don’t have to present the tracking number, but enter it with the item so the system can track it.

Or what do you mean by completing the purchase process?
