Why doesn’t the tech offer me more options to rate a buyer positively? Workaround?
Summary: pulli43 is experiencing technical difficulties in leaving a positive review for a buyer on eBay, as the feature seems restricted across browsers for three days. They provided a screenshot explaining that the "Bewertung abgeben" button is not functioning as expected for the desired buyer, identified by a green square. I’d like to leave a positive review for a buyer, but technically that’s not possible. For three days now, the rating function seems to be restricted across browsers.
The screenshot below may make it clearer:
If I go to "Order" go, usually above every order there is a blue button with white text that says "Leave feedback".
In the image below, the eBay software has now grouped together three items with three different buyers.
I can only rate the top one. I want to rate the one in the green box.
Yesterday I spoke with eBay when there were still two. Now there are three, after I positively rated number 3 today)
Does anyone please have an idea, a workaround, for how I can still leave positive feedback for the buyer in the green box?

Thanks for reporting the issue to us. Unfortunately, we are already aware of this issue. Our tech team is already working on it. I have also opened a ticket for you. Unfortunately, we can’t say exactly when the issue will be fixed, and we ask you for a bit more patience.
