Why doesn't printing the shipping label work?
Shipping label is not printed because the shipment should go to a branch.
It seems to be faulty though. What can I do?

The printing itself has nothing to do with the recipient address. You can’t even create the label because data is missing?
You should only ship to the delivery address stored on eBay. If it’s incorrect and the buyer can’t provide the missing data, cancel the purchase. Reason: something’s wrong with the delivery address

Mentor1 month agoIs the branch incorrect, or what is meant? Often buyers do not provide all the required data in order to be able to ship to branches.
