Why didn’t I get the full sale amount?
I sold 2 items to a buyer. She paid for shipping twice. I only got one tracking number. Accordingly, I packed that one in a box. It also says for both of them that they were delivered. However, I received far too little money. Instead of €55.79, I only got €26 and a few cents. What is that due to? I had to cancel a label once and issue a new one, all here on eBay.

take a look under payments in the Seller Cockpit Pro.
Do you buy the shipping labels through eBay ?
Then it will be deducted from the credit balance.
