Why are fees due?
Hello. I listed an item for free and eBay deducted €20 in fees from me. Why? Also, I asked a buyer several times to leave feedback, but they’re not responding. What can I do? Thank you very much

Mentor1 month agoHello @carsten16514 eBay has arranged regarding the ratings that, if buyers don't rate them, an automatic rating is issued by eBay instead.

Automatic feedback from eBay is automatically added to the seller's account when a transaction has been completed successfully. This positive feedback gives other eBay users confidence in this seller and in our marketplace. We only do this if the following criteria are met:
You do not leave feedback within 7 days after delivery (according to tracking).
The tracking shows that the item was delivered on time
We can see no indication of a problem with the transaction
Regarding your fees, it is definitely paid additional options such as "Ads" etc.

Mentor1 month agoYou can check under payments to see what fees these are.
Maybe you used additional options when listing that aren’t free, or you advertised your listing and those fees are due when the item is sold.
And you should stop begging for reviews; that can backfire sometimes, and there’s a review you won’t expect!
Reviews are and remain voluntary.
