why does it say "0% positive (149)" next to my username on a new offer? I used to have 100%

can someone please tell me why with a new listing next to my username it now says "0% positive (149)", I have always had 100% but apparently haven't listed anything on ebay for over a year. Is there now a limit so that the ratings from past years are deleted?

Hello @kolawolf It always counts the ratings from the last 12 months.You hadn't sold anything, so accordingly you didn't receive any seller ratings.But you do have the turquoise star.
