Where does the information come from that such articles may be listed 2 x per year? I don't think that ebay allows prohibited articles even on a limited basis!

And this type of article is simply not allowed, and you shouldn't try to list it again if you want to keep using your account!

These are prescription-only articles that may not be offered by all sellers and certainly not by private individuals.

If other private individuals have listed it, you can report any article if you feel like it.

And like all companies, ebay has a legal notice where you can find contact options.
