What's going on here?
I’ve now sold a phone on Ebay once, and this is absolutely the worst! Ebay says tough luck, no money back. For me, that’s plain fraud! I hope the buyer sends my phone back, and then we’ll see what eBay says. Never buy or sell through eBay again!!!

The sale was only 9 days ago, and you’ve only been an eBay member for 11 days. There is absolutely no way you were told “too bad.” In what case does the buyer have to cover the return shipping costs?
What kind of return was opened?
